Larah Pearson has a diverse work experience. Larah currently works at Monzo Bank as the Vulnerable Customers Operations Manager, a role they took on in March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Financial Difficulties and Vulnerability Manager at Monzo Bank from June 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Monzo Bank, Larah worked at Kingsbridge Healthcare Group as the Procedures Manager in January 2014, where they led a large team responsible for administration tasks related to hospital appointments and pre-op assessments.

From September 2010 to January 2014, Larah worked at Apple as the Business Coordinator & Specialist. In this role, they organized various store events, provided exceptional customer service, and managed administrative tasks.

Prior to their time at Apple, Larah worked at Kingsbridge Healthcare Group as the Key Account Manager from April 2007 to August 2010. Larah'sresponsibilities included overseeing administration for outpatient clinics and theaters across multiple medical specialties.

Larah began their career at the Northern Ireland Court Service as an Administrative Officer from September 2004 to April 2007. Larah then worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Northern Ireland Civil Service from November 2003 to September 2004.

Larah Pearson began their education in 1998 at Carrickfergus College, where they completed their studies in an unspecified degree and field of study in 2002. After a significant gap, they enrolled at The Open University in 2020 and completed their degree in Counselling with a focus on Counselling and Forensic Psychology in 2021. Additionally, in June 2021, Larah obtained certification as a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
