Weinan Huang serves as the Director of Data Science & Analytics at Monumental, joining in November 2022 as the first data hire in a rapidly growing gaming startup, where responsibilities include defining data strategies, socializing insights, establishing infrastructure, and building a talented team. Previously, Weinan held the position of Manager of Data Science & Analytics at Zynga from June 2018 to November 2022, contributing to team improvement and technology advancements within a product embedded data team. Weinan began a career in data science at Altice USA, progressing from a summer intern in 2016 to a Data Scientist role by 2018, focusing on customer profiling and segmentation. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics & Data Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Fudan University.
