Muhammad Farid Pagi is an experienced Information Technology Operations Analyst currently working at Monument Re Group since August 2022. Previously, Muhammad served as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys from November 2017 to July 2022, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a team of seven engineers and overseeing a company-wide upgrade of Windows operating systems. Prior to that, Muhammad worked as a Technical Service Engineer at Kasturi Technology Pte Ltd from July 2012 to June 2017, managing projects related to the installation of audio-visual and video conferencing equipment while ensuring deadlines were met. Muhammad holds a Diploma of Education in Information Technology from Temasek Polytechnic,earned between April 2005 and December 2009.
