Pablo Bordas currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Monument Consulting, where responsibilities include administering a range of HR programs nationally, such as onboarding, compensation, performance management, and staffing. Prior roles include Human Resources Lead, Generalist, and Business Analyst, where Pablo focused on data analysis utilizing SQL and Excel, along with crafting custom surveys for enterprise feedback. Previously, Pablo held positions as a Human Resources Administrator at TAO Group and a Legal Staff Assistant at Wilson Elser, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts and a Master of Business Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Randolph-Macon College.
