Natalie Roush has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Natalie started their career at Roush Consulting in 2007 as a Business Manager and Guide, where they specialized in operations and logistical planning for ecotourism adventures. Natalie also worked as a guide for hunting trips and led fly fishing and white water rafting trips. In 2012, Natalie joined Monument Consulting and held multiple positions, including Account Coordinator, Business Systems Analyst/Technical Analyst, Operations Manager, Director of MSP Operations, and most recently, Vice President of MSP Operations. Natalie is responsible for streamlining contingent labor management, reducing costs, and optimizing contingent labor suppliers.
