Serena Charters, AICA, is an experienced Compliance Manager currently working at Monument since August 2022, where responsibilities include providing guidance on VoP applications, assisting with the Annual Consumer Duty Board Report, and advising on ISA product launches. Prior roles include Compliance Manager at Allica Bank and Molo Finance, where Serena contributed to the establishment of a fully-digital mortgage lending process. Additional experience encompasses Mortgage Oversight at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and compliance roles at Bluestone Mortgages, Bluestone APAC, and Metro Bank, focusing on mortgage underwriting and compliance monitoring. Education was completed at Weavers School from 1999 to 2006.
