Shalina Patel is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management and retention, currently serving as Retention Manager at Montu since June 2024. Previously, Shalina held the position of CRM Manager at Montu from April 2023 to October 2023, and served as CRM Lead at Pet Circle from October 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a significant role as Head Of CRM & Loyalty at BoozeBud, alongside earlier positions in customer marketing and eCRM management at Best of the Best Plc and IMImobile. Shalina Patel earned a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol between 2007 and 2010.
