Grace Adams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Grace began their career at Strange Corporation as a Marketing Assistant, where they worked on the launch of a mobile app for Fuji film. Grace then had a summer work experience at Media Lounge as a Digital Marketing Executive, where they handled data sourcing and analysis for the Design team.
After this, they joined The Goodsport Trust as a Marketing and Events Executive, gaining experience in conducting brand audits and organizing sports events to raise awareness for charity brands. Grace then returned to Media Lounge and took on multiple roles, including Data Analyst, SEO Specialist, and CRO Analyst. In these roles, they produced analytical reports, managed client accounts, and developed optimization strategies for website conversion.
Most recently, they joined Montu as a CRO Manager, where they are responsible for managing conversion rate optimization for the company. Overall, Grace has a strong background in data analysis, optimization, and marketing, with a focus on driving conversion and improving organic traffic.
Grace Adams completed their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Bournemouth University, graduating between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Farnborough Sixth Form from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued A levels in Law, Maths, and Psychology. Additionally, Grace obtained two Google Analytics IQ Certifications, one in October 2017 and another in November 2021, from Google.
