Leah Walter has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Leah is currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Montrose Regional Health, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Swedish Medical Center for over a decade, where they held various positions including Clinical Pharmacy Manager from March 2018 to January 2022, and as the Lead pharmacy supervisor and Critical care specialist from January 2010 to March 2018. Before joining Swedish Medical Center, Leah worked as a Pharmacist at Omnicare, a CVS Health company, from August 2009 to January 2010, and at Promedica Flower Hospital from May 2007 to August 2009.
Leah Walter attended Washington State Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Leah then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Chemistry at The University of Toledo from 2001 to 2005. Finally, they completed their education at The University of Toledo, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD, BCPS degree in Pharmacy from 2001 to 2007.
