El Bouab is currently working at Montrichard Group as the Head of B2C E-Commerce & Digital Brands Director, where they lead a team responsible for brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and customer service. El Bouab also plays a crucial role in the group's expansion by developing new business opportunities and digital services for the watchmaking industry. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant in Marketing Digital & E-commerce at Montrichard Group, where they spearheaded the rebranding of the Watch Brand website and optimized the e-commerce platform for a better user experience and increased sales.
