Jacob Frackson is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in data science and engineering. Currently serving as Practice Lead for Analytics Engineering at Datatonic since January 2021, Jacob previously held the position of Senior Analytics Consultant. At Dialogue, from May 2018 to November 2020, Jacob led comprehensive analyses of Medical Operations data, focusing on medical efficacy, scheduling optimization, and performance evaluations, utilizing tools such as Airflow, SQL, Tableau, and Metabase. Prior experience includes working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Bus.com, where Jacob managed a data team, oversaw internal reporting and machine learning solutions, and developed a data warehousing strategy. Jacob began the professional career as a Product Development Intern at Nukern, specializing in cloud billing and automation software. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Development from McGill University.
