Olaf Vaher has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Olaf started their career as a Program Coordinator at Stora Enso in 2011.

In 2012, they worked as a Sales Manager at Click & Grow before joining Ericsson in 2013 as a Product Manager.

Later in 2013, they became a Sales and Project Manager at Maksekeskus AS, where they were also a member of the Management Board. Olaf was responsible for B2B sales, business development, and product strategy.

From 2013 to 2016, Olaf co-founded and worked as a Project Manager at HEKK, leading software development for an online store.

Olaf then joined Dodax as a Senior Technical Program Manager in 2016, managing a team of developers and implementing SCRUM methodology for software development.

After a sabbatical in 2017, Olaf joined Dataloy Systems AS in 2018 as a Software Developer. Olaf worked on the full-stack development of a fleet management platform using React, TypeScript, Java, and other technologies.

In 2021, Olaf became a Backend Engineer at Tise, where they built backend services for a marketplace platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.

Olaf is currently working at Montonio as a Software Engineer, starting in October 2021, and eventually moving up to become the Engineering Manager for Payment Initiation in September 2022.

Olaf Vaher's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from Estonian Business School, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bifröst University in 2010. Prior to that, Olaf Vaher attended Tallinn University from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Furthermore, Olaf Vaher obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2019.
