Emily Perin-SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Monti, Inc. since January 2018, Emily oversees time and attendance in ERP systems, manages payroll data, and conducts new employee orientations. Prior to this role, Emily excelled as a Sales Recruiter at Total Quality Logistics, where successful hiring metrics were consistently achieved. Experience also includes serving as a recruiter for Kroger's numerous stores, an HR intern at Parkview Health, and managing student programming at the Indiana Institute of Technology. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
