Lauren Hydorn is an experienced aquatics professional with a strong background in managing and coordinating aquatic programs. Currently serving as the Aquatics Manager at Montgomery Village Foundation since April 2022, Lauren has previously held roles including Aquatics Facility Coordinator at the City of Gaithersburg and Recreation Specialist at Montgomery County Government. With a history at Montgomery Village Foundation as the Lake Marion Center Director and involvement in community fitness initiatives, Lauren has been instrumental in training and supervising swim instructors while managing neighborhood pools. Lauren's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Sciences with a focus on Psychology from Hood College and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Social Psychology from the University of Maryland.
