Brooke Gannaway is currently working as an Associate at Montgomery Street Partners, focusing on financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence, development, and asset management activities related to investments of MSP. Before this role, Brooke worked as an Analyst at Trinity Property Consultants, where Brooke facilitated the execution of contracts and change orders for $30M of capital projects on-site. Brooke also developed proposals for future projects. Prior to that, Brooke was a Sales and Leasing Agent at Housing Scout, helping customers find housing around campus and the greater Austin area. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
