Mudit Shah is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Financial Controller - Group & Tax at MONTFORT since April 2022, Mudit Shah prepares consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and ensures tax filing requirements for the group. Prior to this role, Mudit Shah held various managerial positions at Trafigura, focusing on finance control and change management, and served as Asst. Vice President Finance at 123Stores Inc., overseeing finance for an e-commerce retailer. Mudit Shah also contributed to the finance function at redBus, a leader in online bus ticketing in India, and was involved in ERP implementation at Tata Consultancy Services. Mudit Shah holds an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier's College, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
