Pak Ching currently serves as the Center Director at Kids Planet Academy since September 2023 and has been the Center Manager and Educational Leader at Montessori Academy Childcare Centres since November 2020. Prior experience includes an Early Childhood Teacher role at Pennant Hills Preschool Kindergarten from July 2014 to November 2020 and positions as a salesperson at Salvatore Ferragamo and betting clerk at The Hong Kong Jockey Club. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Torrens University Australia, a Master's degree in Education from Western Sydney University, an Advanced Diploma in Translating from Sydney Institute of Interpreting and Translating, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Sydney University, and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education from TAFE NSW.
