Dana Allen-Greil serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Monterey Bay Aquarium since October 2018, where responsibilities include developing the vision for marketing strategies that support the organization's mission and financial model. Previous roles encompass Vice President of Marketing at the same aquarium, leading a team focused on brand management and communications, and Director of Digital Strategy, promoting digital engagement in conservation efforts. Educational contributions have been made as an adjunct faculty member at various institutions, including Tufts University and Johns Hopkins University, teaching courses on digital media in museum studies.
