Chris Badger is an experienced software engineering leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP/Manager of Software Engineering at Montecito Bank & Trust since October 2022, Chris has previously held various managerial roles at Mercury Healthcare, Healthgrades, and Influence Health. Chris's technical expertise encompasses software development and architecture, with a solid foundation as a Senior Software Developer and Technical Project Leader in prior positions at companies including Lull, MEDSEEK Inc., and Authoria, Inc. Chris earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Liberal Studies from Santa Barbara City College.
