Ryan Groth is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director - Head of IT at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since June 2021, Ryan has held previous positions including Director and Principal Technology Lead focused on AWS. Prior experience includes leadership at WGBH as Director of Technology, managing teams to implement and maintain complex infrastructure solutions, including Kubernetes and hyperconverged VMware clusters. Ryan's background also features significant consulting work as an IT Consultant/Owner, along with roles at CoreComm and webCOMBO, Inc., where expertise in system administration and the design of secure, efficient network infrastructures was developed. Ryan holds education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Martin Luther High School.
