Laura De Vargas Roditi is a Senior Data Scientist II at Monte Rosa Therapeutics, with extensive experience in high-dimensional statistics and machine learning for data analysis of single-cell and spatial data. Prior roles include Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at ETH Zürich, where research focused on machine learning, precision medicine, and mentoring students. Laura also served as a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at Universitätsspital Zürich, contributing to personalized prostate cancer treatments within a global consortium while fulfilling teaching responsibilities. As a Conference Organizer/Coordinator, Laura founded the first Open Innovation in Life Sciences conference in Zürich. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Cornell University and postdoctoral studies at ETH Zürich.
