Rick Dingen is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Montara Hospitality Group's Restaurant Jampa since June 2021, Rick has previously held prestigious positions including Chef de Cuisine at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas' Restaurant Madison and at Restaurant Savelberg. Additional roles include Sous Chef at Restaurant De Kas and Chef de Partie at renowned venues such as Restaurant Inter Scaldes and Restaurant La Rive. Rick's career began with foundational training at Scholen Gemeenschap De Rooi Pannen te Eindhoven, culminating in a Level 3 certification as an Independent Working Chef.
