Kayla White has a diverse range of experience in leadership and community engagement roles. Currently serving as a Crew Leader at Montana Conservation Corps since March 2021, Kayla previously worked as a Lead Server at Nine Quarter Circle Ranch, where responsibilities included managing server teams and ensuring excellent guest service. As a Community Reference Outreach Coordinator with Kansas City Public Library, Kayla focused on building community partnerships and program development, alongside previous work as an Economic Mobility Coordinator, which involved researching financial literacy providers. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with a concentration in Development and Globalization from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing further education at Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour.
