Colleen Rudio is an experienced executive with over 20 years in organizational development, strategy, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Interim Executive Administrator at Western Montana Mental Health Center and Chief Operations and Strategy Officer at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving the Heart of Texas, Colleen collaborates with executive teams to create and execute impactful organizational strategies. As Co-Owner, President, and CEO of Cascadia Management Group, Colleen specializes in behavior and values analysis, strategic planning, and performance enhancement. Additionally, Colleen actively participates in various boards, including the BBB Great West + Pacific and the Montana Ambassadors, contributing to economic development and community revitalization. Colleen holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from The University of Montana and an AS in Paralegal Studies from Rocky Mountain College.
