Currently, Jean-Philippe is a Partner at Montagu Private Equity Associates, where Jean-Philippe serves as an Operating Partner and is part of the FPP Leadership team. Prior to this, Jean-Philippe held senior leadership roles at Capsugel and McKinsey & Company, focusing on operational and strategic functions across supply chain, procurement, and quality. Talmon also has experience working at Morgan Stanley and Nestle, with a strong foundation in research and financial analysis.
