Raphael Valentin is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of 凌嘉半导体（苏州）有限公司 and XYTECH Consulting Limited since February 2015. As a founder and Technical Director of both XYTECH Consulting Ltd. and 臻绚电子科技(上海)有限公司, Raphael has been instrumental in providing expertise for Integrated Circuits (IC) Industries. Additionally, Raphael has held the position of Staff Engineer at Montage Technology, Inc., focusing on device modeling. Prior to these roles, Raphael gained extensive experience at ST Microelectronics, the Lyon Institute of Nanotechnology, and the Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology. Raphael holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lille, complemented by multiple degrees in Micro and Nano-Technologies, Electronic Engineering, and related fields.
