Guobing Han is an experienced IC design manager currently working at Montage Technology, Inc. since November 2021, with previous roles as Technical Lead at 思科 since March 2019 and Staff SI Engineering Lead at Qualcomm from April 2015 to March 2019, specializing in SI/PI simulations and research across various technologies including LPDDR, USB, PCIe, QLINK, MIPI, UFS, RF, and EMI. Additional experience includes positions as Signal Integrity Engineer at Amphenol TCS and Lead Signal Integrity Engineer at Jabil, along with tenure as Sr/Staff SI Engineer at Marvell and an internship at Intel. Guobing Han holds a Ph.D. in Electromagnetics and Microwave Technique from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the same field from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
