Matthew Marrero, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Monster Transmission & Performance since February 2024, Matthew manages all HR functions and oversees bi-weekly payroll for 54 employees. Previously, at Data-Tech, Matthew led the full cycle recruiting process and facilitated healthcare benefits selection and Open Enrollment workshops. Matthew also supported union and non-union employees at Jetro Restaurant Depot and served as a Data Entry Clerk at Technical and Project Engineering (TAPE), LLC, where efficient scheduling was critical. Matthew's leadership experience includes managing daily operations at Sedgwick Pharmacy Inc and supervising a fleet of vehicles at Fordham University. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fordham University.
