Martin Harris has over 18 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Martin began their career in 2001 as a Senior Manager, Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer at Exelon (formerly Constellation Energy). In 2004, they moved to LCG Technologies as a Director of Service Solution Sales and Implementation, where they held P&L accountability for the consulting division with 150 members. In 2009, they joined Pitney Bowes as Senior Director of Pre Sales, Sales Cycle Management, Sales Strategies, and P&L Management. During their time there, they increased the practice's revenue from $25M to $40M within 18 months and met profitability goals of 20%-40% EBIT margin. Martin also identified new business opportunities, created a business plan for an M&A target, and led the integration of an acquisition. In 2019, they joined Monster Lead Group as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
Martin Harris obtained a BS in Computer Information Systems from Stevenson University between 1998 and 2001. Martin then obtained a MS in Business and Technology Management from Stevenson University between 2001 and 2003. In March 2002, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2012, they completed a PB Strategic Lead Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Business Administration and Management, General.
