Javier Soler spent over 13 years at Molson Coors Beverage Company, holding various leadership positions including RVP for Latin America, RVP for MillerCoors USA, and VP & GM for Central America & Caribbean. A. Javier Soler holds an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hartford.
