Shravani Joshi is a skilled UX and UI design professional with significant experience in leading design projects across various domains, including CyberSecurity, Fintech, and consumer and enterprise digital products. Currently serving as Studio Head and Lead UX Designer at Monsoonfish Inc. since April 2020, Shravani manages a team focused on project delivery, quality, and client experience. In February 2023, Shravani founded My UX Score, enhancing product vision and customer experience. Previous roles include Design & Research Intern at Unilever and Design Intern at the Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay. Shravani holds a degree from the National Institute of Design, completed an exchange semester at Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam, and pursued Lifestyle Transformation Design.
