Aaron Ledford has extensive law enforcement experience, serving as a School Resource Officer and evidence technician at the Monroe Police Department since April 2016 and currently working towards becoming a Master ETECH. Prior roles include Detective and Police Sergeant at Grandview Medical Center Police Department, where supervision of officers at Soin Medical Center took place, as well as experience as a Police Officer at multiple departments including Clearcreek Township Police Department and Middletown Division of Police. During earlier career phases, Aaron Ledford gained military experience as a Water Treatment Specialist in the United States Army Reserve and participated in humanitarian missions in Guatemala. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from American Military University.
