Alifaye Thompson is an experienced process engineer currently serving at Monroe Energy, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Alifaye held several positions at Suncor from April 2019 to May 2023, including Process Engineering Lead and Contact Engineer in Hydrotreating. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Process Engineer for Tailings at Task Engineering Ltd. in early 2019, and serving as Energy Manager at Sustainable Projects Group from March to December 2018. Alifaye also worked as a Process Engineer at Petrojam Limited from January 2013 to April 2017. Alifaye Thompson earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology Jamaica between 2008 and 2012.
