Julius Hanks, Ph.D., currently serves as the Manager of Recruitment, Retention & Community Engagement at Monroe County Community School Corporation, where initiatives focus on attracting and retaining a diverse workforce and fostering inclusive environments. Previous roles include Director of Staffing & Community Engagement and Director of Student Outreach & Engagement at Indiana University Bloomington, as well as positions at Monroe County Community School Corporation and Bloomington High School North. Julius Hanks holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Morehouse College.
