Previously, Kelly held the role of Business Director for MCG China, focusing on hiring skilled Asian professionals for clients in diverse fields. Prior experience includes leadership as a Team Leader at Antal International and a Senior Researcher at Atomic Recruitment. Kelly began a career in marketing as a supervisor at HEADING Information Engineering from 2005 to 2007.
