Theresa dela Cruz is an experienced professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as Manager of Global Sales Enablement Training and Systems at Monotype since July 2014, after holding various positions including Team Lead and Sales Enablement Manager. In addition to this role, Theresa is actively involved with the Society of Typographic Aficionados as Chair, Vice Chair, and a Board Member, promoting the study and support of typography through initiatives like the annual TypeCon conference. Prior experience includes significant roles at FontShop, where management of global accounts and CRM strategy implementation were key responsibilities, as well as earlier positions at Citikids focusing on website coordination and customer service. Theresa holds a BA in Graphic Design with an emphasis on Visual Communication from San Francisco State University and has also pursued additional education at Skyline College and the University of California, Berkeley.
