George Gao serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. since February 2010, leading the HR team and providing services to four legal entities in China, reporting to the Global Senior HR Director. Previously, George held the position of HR & Admin Supervisor at SGL Group - The Carbon Company from September 2008 to February 2010, where responsibilities included establishing HR systems for a new joint venture and supporting factory operations. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Recruiting Specialist at Foxconn, focusing on campus recruitment and employer branding from March 2007 to September 2008. George holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2007.
