Barry Steltz has extensive work experience in the field of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) engineering. Barry started their career at Radiation Sciences in 1989 as an EMC Engineer. From there, they joined Ford Motor Company in 1995, where they worked as an EMC Engineer for five years. In 2000, they moved to Ballard Power Systems and took on the role of Senior EMC Engineer until 2004. Following that, they joined Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. as an EMC Manager, a position they held for ten years. In 2014, they joined HELLA as a Senior EMC Engineer and then progressed to become the EMC Manager. In 2017, they joined TOYOTech as a Senior EMC Engineer until their move to Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. at the end of 2018, where they currently serve as the Head of EMC Lab.
Barry Steltz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University from 1985 to 1993. Barry then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, completing the program from 1993 to 1999. It is not known if Barry has any additional certifications or the institution from which they obtained them.
