Weston Fanders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Weston started their career as a Manager at KEDDs Enterprises Inc. from March 2011 to May 2014.

Weston then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln from January 2014 to May 2014.

Weston then joined Abengoa Bioenergy Company as a Shift Supervisor from March 2014 to August 2015.

After that, they briefly worked as a Plant Project Engineer at James Skinner Baking Company from August 2015 to October 2015.

Weston then joined Cleaver-Brooks and served as an Application Engineer II from October 2015 to January 2019. Weston later worked as a Product Development Engineer from January 2019 to May 2019.

Currently, Weston is associated with Monolith Materials. Weston joined the company as a Production Engineer in May 2019 and was later promoted to Operations Supervisor in July 2019. As an Operations Supervisor, they played a crucial role in building and leading systems to support day-to-day operations and maintaining a positive work environment. Weston also led the commissioning and startup of a new plant, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Recently, they took up the position of Operations Manager in January 2021.

Weston Fanders attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2009 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering with a focus on Chemical Engineering. After completing their education, Weston obtained a certification as an EI (Engineer Intern) in the state of Nebraska in May 2015.
