Melissa Casey, PHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa currently works as a Human Resources Generalist at Monolith Brands Group, where they manage various HR tasks such as onboarding, employee file management, benefits administration, and legal compliance. Melissa collaborates with the VP of HR on developing new programs and processes and provides guidance to managers on employee issues. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Martin Marietta as an HR Administrator, where they handled employee data changes and responded to inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. Melissa also has experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Warwick Hotels and Resorts, where they managed payroll and supported HR processes. Melissa's previous roles include Operations Manager at Azul Hospitality Group dba Aloft Denver Downtown, Accounting Manager and Front Desk Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts dba Aloft Denver Downtown, and Host/Server/Bartender at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. Melissa began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Commonwealth Hotels dba Hampton Inn and Suites.

Melissa Casey, PHR, has a comprehensive education history that includes both a high school diploma and a bachelor's degree in finance. Melissa obtained their high school diploma from Bear Creek High School, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. In February 2021, Melissa obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Colorado State University Global, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
