Aziz Afzali is a Pharmacy Performance Manager at Monogram Health since March 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Clinical Pharmacist positions at ContinuumRx Specialty Infusion Services from November 2020 to March 2022, UnitedHealth Group in March 2020, and Dixie Vital Care Infusion from September 2018 to May 2019.
