Kent is responsible for the operating success of all of our manufacturing plants. Kent has extensive knowledge and professional experience in food manufacturing that he learned through years of on-the-job training. Before joining Monogram full-time, Kent was a consultant to the Company concerning the turnaround of our plant in Wilmington, MA. Prior to consulting, Kent was Chief Operations Officer for Lakeview Farms, Inc. in Delphos, OH. He has also held various roles in supply chain, management, and operations with Orval Kent Food Company, Deli Stars, and ConAgra Foods.
