Tania Berrocal has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tania currently works as a Senior Research Associate at Monod Bio since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Associate II at Neoleukin Therapeutics from May 2020 to June 2022.

Before their roles in the biotechnology sector, Tania worked as a Safety Specialist at Syneos Health (previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) from April 2017 to May 2020. Tania also worked as a Quimica Farmaceutica Biologa at UNAM from May 2013 to May 2017.

Tania's early work experience includes a role as a Scholar at L'Oréal in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for the management and development of monthly inventories, leading to cost reduction and efficient organization and management of data.

Tania Berrocal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Biochemistry with a specialization in Proteins at the same university, which they completed in 2016.
