Katherine Jerabek has extensive experience in customer service and communications, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Xerox since September 2013. Katherine is also an alum of Monmouth College where involvement included the Student Senate, Circle K, and the Illinois Education Association. During a business internship, Katherine contributed to the development of a website prototype for Breakthrough Foundry, fostering innovation and project management skills. Previous experiences include a Promotions Intern role at 95.9 The River - WERV FM, where Katherine enhanced community engagement and streamlined operational processes, and a Customer Clerk position at Jewel Osco. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Monmouth College.
