Rudy R. is an experienced executive in the telecommunications and internet services industries, currently serving as CEO of Tel-One Network Services, Inc. since June 2016, a Competitive Local Carrier authorized by the California Public Utilities Commission. Rudy R. is also the owner of Monkey Brains, the largest independent ISP in San Francisco, providing high-speed microwave and fiber links, colocation solutions, and network consulting services, with over 30 employees and more than 7,000 customers. Previous roles include network engineer for the Matt Gonzalez for Mayor Campaign, integration engineer at Macromedia, where Rudy R. launched the ShockRave website, webmaster at Web News Network (Genuity), and controls engineer at ECM. Rudy R. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
