James Wu is the founder and CEO of MonJa, a position they have held since May 2014. James previously worked at MSCI Inc. from 2008 to 2014, holding various roles including Executive Director of Risk Management Analytics and Vice President of Multi-Asset Class Product Management. Prior to MSCI Inc., they served as an Angel Capital Fellow at Keiretsu Forum and as an iShares Product Strategy Summer Associate at Barclays Global Investors. James began their career at Morgan Stanley as an Analytics Data Production Lead and later worked as a Fixed Income Data Analyst at MSCI Barra.
James Wu completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Columbia University from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, completing it from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their higher education, James attended The Hun School of Princeton, although specific dates and degree information are not available.
