Carlos Santiago is a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and sales supervision. Currently serving as Supervisor de atenci贸n al cliente y ventas at Monific since January 2021, Carlos leads, motivates, and guides sales representatives, establishes goals, monitors performance, and provides ongoing feedback to ensure objectives are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as a sales executive at AT&T Mexico from March 2019 to January 2020 and as a sales advisor at Hisense Mexico from April 2018 to March 2019, where responsibilities included sales activities, customer service, team coordination, inventory management, sales strategies, and point of sale negotiations. Carlos is also pursuing a degree at the Universidad del Desarrollo Empresarial y Pedag贸gico, expected to graduate in May 2025.
