Axhens Mara has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Co-Founder and COO at Monic.ai, a position they have held since January 2023. Before this, they worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at Bloom Consulting and Development LLC from June 2017 until present. Prior to that, they were an Independent Consultant, specializing in Digital Marketing, from August 2016 to June 2017.

Axhens Mara graduated from the University of South Florida in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2022, they participated in the Virtual Experience Program offered by Accenture. In 2021, they completed the AutoCAD 2021 Essential Training and Cert Prep: LEED Green Associate courses through LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Connecting with Executives, Influencer Marketing Specialist, and SEO: Link Building in Depth. In 2019, they completed certifications in Local SEO, SEO, and Social Media Marketing: Managing Online Communities, all through LinkedIn.
