Martin Burdette has a range of work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Martin currently works at MongoDB as the Director of Engineering for Atlas App Services since August 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at MongoDB as a Lead Engineer from February 2020 to August 2022, a Senior Software Engineer from May 2019 to February 2020, and a Software Engineer from May 2017 to May 2019.

Before joining MongoDB, Martin worked at BAMTECH Media as a Software Engineer from April 2016 to May 2017.

Prior to that, they worked at FactSet as a Software Engineer from June 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for web development, utilizing technologies such as AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and JVM (Spring). Martin also played a role in managing version releases of a shared web application framework.

Martin began their career at the University of Maryland, where they worked as an Assistant Systems Administrator from August 2012 to May 2014. Martin'sresponsibilities included assisting with the administration of Linux servers and working with technologies such as the Linux Operating System, NFS, HTML, and PHP.

Additionally, Martin has experience as a Weather Intern at MDA from June 2010 to November 2010.

Martin Burdette has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they also attended the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics.
