Kenson Chau is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Currently serving as Senior GTM Talent Acquisition at MongoDB since April 2024, Kenson previously held the role of Senior Talent Partner at Pattern®, where leadership was demonstrated in talent acquisition and employer branding across APAC. Prior experience includes a diverse tenure at Adobe, where multiple roles involved talent marketing and sourcing strategy for Greater China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Kenson also contributed significantly to Aesop as a Regional Recruiter focusing on E-commerce and IT recruitment, and as an APAC Talent Specialist at Apple, where talent attraction across Greater China was prioritized. Kenson holds a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hong Kong Baptist University, among other international educational experiences.
